Yes, ByDesign is committed to FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) compliance and takes the privacy and security of educational data seriously. We provide tools and features that enable educational institutions to use our platform while maintaining FERPA compliance.

ByDesign is not a space for bullying. In addition to safety, we take mental health very seriously. We take steps to enforce our Community Guidelines. These guidelines encourage positivity and prohibit:
o Violence
o Threats
o Nudity, graphics sexual images or descriptions, or references to child sexual exploitation
o Promoting self-harm
o If we become aware of content that violates our Community Guidelines, we will remove the content and take appropriate actions with the individual user.
